The Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund relies on the support of individuals and institutions to bridge the gap between the costs to underwrite and service essential lending and the income generated by interest and fees on loans for affordable housing and community development projects.

Your support can be given in the following ways:

• Unrestricted gift of any size to assist with agency operations, enabling the Loan Fund to continue serving the greater New Haven area with low interest loans to qualified developers

• Restricted gift of any size as a grant to a particular project or area of interest (e.g. for use in particular geographic area; for lead abatement for a family with small children; mixed-use developments; etc.)

• Loan of $1,000 or more as an investment, and receive interest payments on your investment (for more information, see the “Investors” section of this website)

Even a small investment in the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund leverages a large return in community development, neighborhood stabilization and the peace of mind that decent, safe, affordable housing offers to our communities.
